He was a grandson of George H, Van Dusen, who was a grandson of Ann (Tubbs) Van Dusen, who was a granddaughter of Joseph & Ann Clinch Campbell.

Jay C. UphamWolcott, NY – Jay C. Upham passed away December 29th, 2021, at Clifton Springs Hospital during his battle with COVID-19. Born November 18th 1958, he grew up in Elkland, PA, graduating from EHS in 1976, attended WACC and spent the greater part of his career in the automotive industry; later as a Field Investigator for NYS DMV. After retiring Jay continued to share his love of camping, fishing, hiking, hunting, kayaking, and music with family and friends old and new.He is predeceased by his parents Coe J. Upham Jr. and Joan A. VanDusen. Grandparents Coe J. Sr. and Lovina (Harris) Upham and George and Evelyn (Dann) VanDusen.
