Those of you who have read our posts on the Blackwells coming to Lycoming Co., PA may be interested to know that Ann Clinch Campbell was raised by foster-parents Joshua and Amelia Hey Blackwell. Joshua was Enoch’s brother and came over a year early to help Rev. Hey with the purchase of 11,000 acres. And Amelia was his daughter.
