Some of you knew her parents, Loren & Alice Close Doan. She was a granddaughter of Emma ROWLEY Close, {A few of us got haircuts from Emma’s father, Bert Rowley.) Emma was a granddaughter of Samuel H. Hazlett, who was a grandson of Archibald Hazlett, who was a grandson of Joseph & Mary Harper Campbell.
A service will be held Apr. 22 at Kenyon’s Funeral Home in Elkland, PA followed by a graveside service in Nelson.
