She was born 5/13/1931 in Elmira, NY and died 1/19/2023 in Liberty Twp., Tioga Co., PA. She was a granddaughter of Enoch Charles “Charlie” Blackwell, who was a grandson of both Sarah LUGG Clinch Blackwell Campbell and also a grandson of her brother, Charles Byron Lugg (1791 – 1874).
