Condolences to his family. Charles is the son of Sandy Van Dusen Johnson, whom most of you who live in Tioga Co., know. Samdy is a granddaughter of William “Burr” Van Dusen, who was a grandson of Jane CAMPBELL Tubbs, who was a daughter of Joseph and Ann Clinch Campbell.
I never met Charles, but I have spoken with Sandy a number of times and our hearts go out to her and the family.
